• Designed the system architecture: Next.js (frontend + API routes), Supabase (Postgres with Row-Level Security for role-based access), Groq and Gemini for AI-driven skill-gap analysis and automated quiz generation.
• Built a 5-stage pipeline mapping official competency profiles across 4 domains (Statistical, Technical, Digital Governance, Behavioural) to generate personalized training recommendations from iGOT Karmayogi and NSSTA.
• Presented technical approach, architecture, and feasibility analysis to the internal evaluation panel.

• Help run a developer community in Bangalore, organizing local meetups, hackathons, and technical sessions.
• Built and maintain the community website: bangalore.gobitsnbytes.org.

• Built a web and Android app that takes user prompts and routes them to Groq, Gemini, or Mistral depending on speed and response quality (under 200ms).
• Added real UPI subscription payments, 45 custom chat personas, an admin dashboard, and published an Android APK.

• Wrote RNN and Transformer models from scratch in PyTorch: implemented the attention layers, positional embeddings, and training loops by hand instead of using Hugging Face wrappers.
• Tuned hyperparameters and loss curves on my local machine first, then ran fine-tuning jobs on cloud Google T4 GPUs.
• Integrated LLM APIs (Groq, Mistral, Gemini) into web apps with prompt classification and error fallbacks.

• Architected an AI-driven competency audit platform for the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) featuring a 3-way LLM failover router (Groq Llama 3.3 70B, Mistral, Gemini) streaming responses in <200ms.
• Built an automated diagnostic engine with non-hallucinatory PDF/DOCX policy ingestion, interactive Recharts cadre radar analytics, and exportable APAR appraisal dossiers.

• Interactive 3D WebGL satellite tracking dashboard rendering 250+ satellites over an interactive Three.js globe within a smooth 60fps render loop.
• Features real-time telemetry streaming, interactive timeline speed scrubbing (5x–60x), responsive orbital path projections, and search indexing.

• Cross-platform synchronized communication and collaboration platform engineered across Web, Android (APK), and Desktop (Electron).
• Features real-time socket-based state synchronization, peer-to-peer WebRTC voice streaming, client-side encrypted vaults, and low-latency Groq/Mistral AI assistance.

• Mobile chat app built with React Native and Socket.io. Delivers messages over WebSockets in under 50ms, saves chats to PostgreSQL, and handles JWT auth.

• Type in any feeling, mood, or situation you don't have a word for: it uses the Mistral API to find or generate the exact single word that captures it.
• Displays phonetic pronunciation, plain-English definitions, and example sentences in a clean dark UI.

• A digital time-capsule archive where you log memories along with GPS location, weather, and timestamps in an immutable timeline.

• Architected the D2C flagship digital store for luxury Ayurvedic hair care brand RASHMÉ with custom page curtains, ingredient transparency showcase, and high-converting mobile checkout.

• Created a responsive agency website with custom animations, an interactive mouse-spotlight shader on HTML5 Canvas, and dark editorial typography.
